(More customer reviews)This is a great smoker if you are going to be smoking Sausage, Chicken, Jerky, Fish, etc... but if you are going to be smoking a Pork Shoulder, it doesnt get quite hot enough, I have had to add a additional element for it to get up to 225, had I known that it didnt get nearly hot enough, I would have gone a different route.For the weekend Jerky maker, its great, for the professional cook that wants to bang out some BBQ and not think about the Saturday night dinner rush, find a old fridge or metal trash can and build it yourself...
