(More customer reviews)I have tried this with and without the neutralizing tablets, and I can say that I don't mind the taste. Plus, if you're really thirsty, and have already been waiting 1/2 an hour to purify your water, chance are you won't want to wait another 3 or so minutes to make it taste a tiny bit better. Buy the one with just the purification tablets, you'll save your self a few bucks.
