(More customer reviews)I purchased this item for a ten-day camping trip.We have a two-year old and a suspended night light in the tent seemed like a great idea.All I can say is that this is very poor execution on Sierra Designs part.The little frisbee thing attaches w/ velcro that is not very good quality.The attic itself is ok but smaller than the image implies.The biggest problem I have w/ it is that the light cannot be turned off once the batteries are in.(It takes two rather pricey coin batteries that will only last about seven hours)We had fun w/ it the first night but after that,it was yet another useless piece of plastic w/ a logo. Disappointing for Sierra Designs and definitely not worth the money.Buy a different brand and a wind-up led light for the same money and much more use.

Sierra Designs Hex Tent Stakes (6 Pack) Review

(More customer reviews)I recently purchased tent stakes from Sierra Designs, Coghlans, and Kelty. All lightweight aluminum designed for increase strength.

Theses hex stakes are great, lightweight, and strong. They are stronger than the Kelty Nobendium II stakes. So if you're looking at those, I would recommend these Sierra Design ones first.However, the strongest stakes have been of the "Y-shape/design" with the 3 fins. They are stronger by design to begin with. They are a bit more of a hassle to attach to a tent though. Examples of those are the MSR Groundhogs, Sierra Designs Y-Stakes, or even Coghlan's makes some that are an orange color and come in a 4 pack. There aren't really any noticeable differences in strength between the different brands. They do, however, come in different lengths to suit your specific purpose.
